Should i overclock my Gpu

My Friend told me i should overclock my pc so i can play games faster.

My pc specs are: Intel core i5-3450 CPU 3.10GHz 8GB ram 64-bit operating system i have a dell xps8500 on windows 7 with a AMD Radeon HD 7570 total memory 4095MB i have catalyst control center and my high performance GPU clock setting is at 400MHz the highest setting is 675 and my High performance memory clock setting is 800Mhz the highest is 900Mhz
and my fan is at 50% should i put all the sliders at full?

7570's dont come with the best coolers, so i wouldnt think an overclock would be the best thing to do.

alright thank you but i turned my fan up a bit that wont really affect my computer right?

no, turning up the fan will just make it louder, honestly with that card i would leave all the settings on default.

You won't gain much by overclocking that.Might as well for kicks though :D
