Ram recommendation 1.5v or 1.65v

1- Corsair Vengeance Pro CMY8GX3M2A1866C9 1866Mhz 9-10-9-27 runs @ 1.5V

2- Corsair Vengeance Pro black, CMY8GX3M2B2133C9 2133Mhz 9-11-11-31 runs @ 1.65V

CPU: i7 4770K Heswell
MB : Asus MAXIMUS VI HERO

Both ram available locally for me and price very close I like the 2133 but I am worry from 1.65V

The 1.65v RAM is out of spec for the memory controller on the 4770k. Yes you can run 1.65v memory with Haswell CPU's but given the choice I would stick with 1.5v memory or less.
