Better GPU for the money and if either can work on a 450W PSU.

Hey guys, just wondering which is better for the money and if either can run on a 450W PSU:

Very close call on those cards. Both ASUS and MSI coolers have good reviews and both cards are good value for price (ASUS 20$ less but slightly lower clock vs. MSI 270X)
ASUS requires up to 150W on 6pin PCIE rail.
MSI requires 180W (max draw) on two(2) PCIE 6pin (if you're going to try MOLEX adaptors for a second PCIE 6pin make sure the rail with the MOLEX will supply enough power)
Check your PSU for spec about what's available on your PCIE rail(s). If you are OC'ing your board and or RAM and have multiple case fans or liquid cooling I'd suggest a more powerful PSU.
