Your system lacks an SSD drive. Add an SAMSUNG 840 EVO 120 GB SSD drive for installing the windows to make a super responsive system rest seems pretty good. Also Gigabyte R9 280X WindForce 3X OC has a BEEFY cooler that results in cooler and quieter gaming experience. All the best with that build..............
