Basically I need a PC that can run bf4 on ultra for under 750

I live in Canada

I have a monitor and OS( would like windows 8 if you can fit it in), keyboard, and a mouse.

Please try to keep it under $750 because I will only has around 50 extra for shipping costs

Endless the extra $20 or so will make a drastic difference. I will be ordering this around christmas
