Note, I do not know how to awnser some of these, but I'm hoping I'm doing this the right way, and will do the best I can here,

Approximate Purchase Date: no later than next week.

Budget Range: 2,000 (willing to flex a little)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Surfing Internet, Watching Movies/TV shows

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: Starting New.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I like Amazon, but I'm not picky.

Location: Sonoma, CA (this did mean my location?)

Parts Preferences: I don't know, whatever is very good - the best

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: Don't know, I like medium-big.

Additional Comments: Would like it quiet, but I want it to be able to play the most powerful games on high settings, while making them look nice and not skip/slow down the computer, for hours daily. I want a blu-ray player in it as well. I also want at least 1 TB, pref 2 or HD memory.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Not upgrading, just want a top level gaming machine, that is good for internet and video watching.

sure...I mean I know nothing about what to be looking for, so I can only put my trust that it's a good build.

But I'd have to assemble that right? http://www.ecollegepc.com/ I've head will assemble it as well, so how would I match that build there?

Heres another one. This I would recommend! Its a sli which is stronger than the 780 by so much!
And yes you have to assemble, the site probably will charge you a bit more because they are charging you for building and the shipping may be more. I would recommend you building it ut if you have the extra money, use the website!
