No :(  Look this, it says isn't compatible with FX-8350: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1870647/ecs-a75f...

BUT the FX-8350 is the same socket as the FX-6300, AM3+:
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-FX-Series%2...
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-FX-Series%2...

As they are the same socket, what does't fit in other doesn't fit this one, and it doesn't mention the socket (AM3+) in MB page: http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail...

So unafortunately, it isn't compatible :(

Key: Some research :)

Yes according to http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/.

I put FX 6300 CPU, M5A97_R20 motherboard, Asus GeForce GTX 660 2GB Video Card (GTX 660 chipset), and 8GB 1600 MHz RAM (so 4 GB will work) and it was all compatible, no issues/incompatibilities found. :)
