realtek rtl8187 adaptor safely remove is not working when i will give safely remove it will get hang realtek rtl8187 adaptor so i want to restart the computer to use the internet

"Safely Remove Hardware" applies only to storage devices (ie devices that data can be written to). Wireless adapters are not storage devices so you do not use the "Safely Remove Hardware" utility.

Why are you removing it anyway? You should leave it plugged in all the time
