Upgrading video card need second opinion plz

Finally upgrading my video card just wanting a second opinion if this video card will work with my current setup. sorry if I put too much info on the current setup still kind of new to working on computers. Any help/input is much appreciated thanks!:D

Current setup:

will work no worries will be a massive performance increase over your old 9800 in saying that though your cpu will then become a bit of a bottleneck for that card depending on which games you play
