Are there any motherboards that will support a 220W CPU?

So I'm building a computer and I would like to get the AMD FX-9370. However, all of the mobos that I have looked at on Amazon, Newegg and TigerDirect say that they support 140W CPUs. I have read elsewhere that the mobo will support it just not at high stress. What could happen if the processor isn't properly cooled and/or the mobo can't handle it?

What are some motherboards that support 220W?

What is your requirement? This board his pretty good for multiple graphics card. No problem with overclocking, if you wish to.

And it will work with no issues? I don't plan on overclocking...

Mr. Friedman the link you posted above is for SABERTOOTH 990FX, I asked the op to go for sabertooth 990FX R2.0. Which supports 9370 and 9570.
