Should I upgrade my Computer?

Hello, I've had this computer for a little over 2 years and was wondering whether it was about time to update it. I play a lot of games such as BF4, Cod Ghosts, Dota 2, LoL etc...
Are there any specific parts to my CPU that I should upgrade and do you guys have any recommendations for me?

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 8162MB RAM
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series

You are good. Depending on what graphics card u have specifically and what settings you want to play on in game u may want to upgrade, but it wont really be worth it and you already have a solid build so i wouldnt worry about it

Id wait a year or so you have a good enough system them build your next baby then...

you could get away with just a GPU upgrade, to the 78XX series. Either wait until you build a new pc and play on lower settings, or buy a GREAT GPU now, and keep it until youre ready to upgrade the rest of your comp. (dont meet halfway, if you know what i mean).

Thanks for the input guys,
BF4 and Cod:Ghosts have not been running as smooth as i'd like thats why I thought about upgrading.
But it seems that both games do have issues that wont allow me to fully optimize my set up for some reason.
