ASUS nvidia Cards v.s MSI nvidia Cards: which one is better? (GTX 760 and GTX770)

I was looking at some graphic cards today and I see the MSI GTX760 has better ratting compared to ASUS GTX760. But the ASUS GTX770 has better rating compared to MSI GTX770. My question is does it really matter which brand do I get? Would the one of the two brand give me a better quality card and less likely to die early. Assuming I'm going to get the ASUS Maximus VI Hero mobo and i7 4770K processor, I am going with a Red / Black theme for my build and that I might get either 760 or 770, depends on how much they are on sale for Black Friday and Boxing Day. Also if I was to buy 770, should I consider SLI? I know that I would do the 760s SLI. I might stream games and edit video, record gameplay using Frags and stuff like that, that's why I think SLI config's would give me enough power to do those tasks.
Here are the links to the cards:

And here are the parts that I am planning to get so far:

Thanks in advance guys!

More about asus nvidia cards msi nvidia cards gtx 760 gtx770
  1. Between Asus and MSI GTX 760 ... MSI has slight uppet hand in terms of Core Speed amd Pixel Rate
    Both have equal
    Memory Speed - 1502 MHz
    Shader Processing Units - 1152

GeForce GTX 760 Asus DirectCU II OC  - Core Speed 1006 MHz | Pixel Rate - 32.192 GPixel/s
GeForce GTX 760 MSI TwinFrozr Gaming OC - Core Speed 1085 MHz | Pixel Rate - 34.72 GPixel/s

Same is the case with GTX 770

GeForce GTX 770 DirectCU II 2GB OC - Core Speed 1058 MHz

MSI Gaming N770 TF 2GD5/OC - Core Speed 1137 MHz

MSI uses TWIN FROZER FANS for Cooling

MSI card are littel less expensive as Compare to ASUS

Both Leading GPU manufacture, One cannot go wrong with either of the brand - ASUS or MSI
  2. Consider SLI if you are going for GTX 760
  3. All else being equal enough, I'd go asus if your mobo is asus so that when you deal with their tech support, they can't point fingers at the other company ;)

Sometimes minor things can be a deciding factor. In my case of a 760, I went asus cuz their card needs a single 8pin power instead of a 6+8 power. Makes it easier for me to deal with.
  4. If you decide to use an MSi card, choose the lightning card, you can see even better results, wait for one to go on sale, you can get them as low as $360.
  5. I think both of them are good, but ASUS is a little bit expensive because of it's brand...?! 'Cause I'm planing to change my PC recently, maybe you should get 770? I'm going to buy MSI770 TF...JUST MY OWN OPINION...don't take so serious! :)
