Need help with old dell precision 360

I recently acquired this dinosaur and wanted to use it for a small webserver. My problem with it is that it wont boot. I believe power supply is good because the cd drive gets power. The status lights are A(yellow) B(yellow) C(Green) D(Green), I know this indicates a memory problem but I have attempted to seat and reseat the memory with not success. I even tried clearing the CMOS and booting without ram but the status lights are the same.

You can try changing the memory or running with lesser memory sticks to see if it's a faulty memory stick.Besides i think contacting dell support would be a much better or you could try and find help from other dell precision 360 users.
