I've been looking to upgrade my graphics card for a while now, and my friend just recently got a GTX 760, he can run any game on Ultra graphics (At least, that's what it seems like) but I can hardly run Arma 2 OA on High. I'm looking at a GeForce GTX 660, it seems really good for it's price and i'm most likely going to purchase one soon. The only problem is, I don't know if it is compatible with my computer. I currently have an AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series, so, is the GTX 660 Compatible? Or do you guys need some more information.

what is your computers specs? also which 7800 series card are you using at the moment 7850 or 7870? you will not likely see much performance gain going with a 660 if any, The 7800 series are still good cards my 7870 runs bf4 on ultra settings but i have an i5 4670k to go with it. also what resolution are you gaming at?

If you have a 7850/7870, you should be fine. What cpu do you have? That might be the issue

I have an i5-3350P CPU @ 3.10 GHz

I'm guessing that's pretty trash, right?

It's actually pretty good, I't might be another issue, because that config should be able to max most games (ARMA 2 being one of them)
