Can I fit a corsair H80i in the back of my case. My case is a Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus - Mid Tower

Yes it will. You might have to set it up as an exhaust system if attached to the rear of the case,and definitely as exhaust if you set it up on the top vent of the case.
You could also buy another 120mm fan and attach it to the top vent as an exhaust and mount the radiator on the rear of the case as an INtake system; would cool pretty well that way.
