Ok so i have been here for awhile and nothing seems to help ive done everything. But my temps are reaching 70 degress while battlefield 4 do you think its time to get water cooling for better fps.

GPU: GTX 770 2GB
CPU: I7-3770k @ 3.9GHZ
RAM: KIngston 4 GBx2
OS: Windows 8.1
ALos im on the lastest drivers

Solution
Be more specific. 70 is high for the CPU, but not for the GPU.

If that's your CPU temp, what cooler do you have on it? If it's a decent aftermarket cooler, you probably just have poor heat transfer, likely caused by too much/too little thermal paste, or a poor spread of said paste. This can also be caused by improper cooler mounting, though that is less likely.

In any case, you definitely don't need water cooling. The $30 hyper 212 EVO can sustain that overclock at good temps without breaking a sweat.
