Help me to buy CPU

i am building a pc only for gaming and brought some parts
GPU: GTX 760 2GB stock reference design
RAM: corsair vangeance 4gb 1600mhz DDR3
PSU: Corsair GS600W

I am left with mobo,cpu and cooler
and shortlisted these combinations
1. Fx6300 with asus M5A99FX R2.0 and CM hyper 212 evo
2. i5 3550 with gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H and stock cooler
3. i3 3220 with Z77 Extreme4 with stock cooler and next year upgrade to i7 3770k when games start using 4cores

All three combinations now roughly cost me same,so need help to decide. I will be playing all new games BF4,COD Ghosts,GTA5,NFS rivals etc at 1600x900 res

Do you overclock?

if not, then there is NO REASON to go for the Z77 build.

Then the I5 would be best BY FAR.

for strictly gaming/web browsing/standard use; go with the i5
for gaming/modeling/rendering/intensive multitasking; go with the fx 8320 (and an ASUS M5A97 R2.0). 129.99 black friday deal. otherwise still 6300
