Do I uninstall Old Drivers before putting in the new GPU?

In my point of view, you'd better install a fresh version of OS, if that is not possible for you, Uninstall the old driver the usual way, then boot into safe mode and run Driver Sweeper program, it will get rid of anything else. If you don't have that software here you can download it: http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4266-driver-sweeper.html
