msi B75MA P45 mobo. with 1600 mhz ram supported and one pcei 3rd gen and 6gb/s headers supported
i3 3320 3.3ghz with hyper threading and 1600 mhz ram supported
kingston 2( 4GB DDR 3 1600mhz hyper x blu)
msi gtx 760 2 gb
psu- seasonic 520 watt
i m going to run one gpu only, so i hope this psu was gud for me and also i3 3320 uses only 55 watt

You are not going to have any problem, and yes currently your CPU is capable of supporting a single gtx 760, your psu is decent because your whole system won't draw more than 350w http://www.anandtech.com/show/7103/nvidia-geforce-gtx-760-review/16, you are good to go for now, but you might want to upgrade your CPU later, but for the time being, I am confident you are good to go.
