2133 cl9 or 2400 cl10

hi guys, which one to buy :
G.Skill 2x8GB F3-2133C9D -16GTX CL9 (9- 11-11-31) - 154 GBP

G Skill 2x8GB F3-2400C10D-16GTX CL10 (10-12-12-31) - 140 GBP

I have Maximus Vi extreme + i7 4770k

Main purposes: gaming and simple modelling, but i like better performance :)

well thinking logically the 2400mhz cl10 one should be capable of running at 2133mhz cl9 as well so why not that one...
only the timings look funny ... like they are more towards CL 11 and 12 which isn't surprising @ those mhz

exactly so why 2133 one is a bit more expensive, that does not make sens
