can i use both cpu and gpu

My processor is i3 3220 3.3ghz with
Processor Graphics Intel® HD Graphics 2500
Graphics Base Frequency 650 MHz
Graphics Max Dynamic Frequency 1.05 GHz
Intel® Quick Sync Video
Intel® InTru™ 3D Technology
Intel® Insider™
Intel® Wireless Display
Intel® Flexible Display Interface (Intel® FDI)
Intel® Clear Video HD Technology
are all these features are useless if i use my nvidia gpu msi N430GT 2 GB
is there any method for using using intel 2500 gd graphics and gpu graphics both

If you have a Nvidia card then use it!

thats becoz i m very soon going to upgrade my cpu i am later using pentium 4 3.2 ghz hyper threading and a biostar mobo. LGA 775 socket type and 2gb ddr2 ram 667 mhz and same gpu i.e. msi N430gt
now the main thing is when i play 1080p movies on this rig its very slightly lags when i seeks the video and when i play BF4 its intro and all in games videos lags though i am playing it with full resolution and everything low graphics and its running absolutely fine and also the sound also lags somewhere....my future rig is...............
MSI B75MA P45 mobo. with 1600 mhz ram supported and one pcei 3rd gen and 6gb/s headers supported and ALC 887 8 channel audio codec....
i3 3320 3.3ghz with hyper threading and 1600 mhz ram supported......
kingston 2( 4GB DDR 3 1600mhz hyper x blu)
is this rig with same gpu can run my in game and all 1080p videos with no lagging of sound.............
