AMD A8-5500 APU
6 GB DDR3 ram @ 1600 Mhz
1 TB Hard Drive
300 Watt power suply

Yes, it should. But just to make sure, please check how many amps are on the +12v rail(s). It should be written on a sticker on the side of your PSU.

I'm a cave man when it comes to that stuff but on the side of the PSU it said...
(blah blah hp blah blah) (more useless information)

Input: 100-127-8A, 200-240v-4A

Output:

+3.3v-----12A
+5.08v-----13A
+12va-----12A
+12vb-----16a
+5.08vsb-----2a

You're definitely fine then. I was just looking for whether or not there was a total of 16A or more on the +12v rail(s).

Enjoy your new hd7750! =)
