I'm buying my first gaming desktop and i need help chosing it, i need to be able to play games like skyrim,minecraft,bf4 ECT on ultra settings. Have a budget. Of 1,300 to 1,800.

For psu this was too good deal now so I cant see any point to buy smaller one :)

For video card GTX 780 / 780ti is good option.
