I'm finishing a new building and I would like some help of the community to specify a stabilizer or a line filter for the power supply, because the energy quality in the building is really bad (old building, old wires, etc). I'm gonna use a Seasonic X-Series 650W. In truth I don't know if I had to use a line filter or a stabilizer or both. Thanks to everyone...
