Yep it will support. And also wanted to tell you you can buy that from amazon.com with a credit card (if you have)
and you will it get it a lot cheaper as hardware is expensive in India.

Get this motherboard instead its about 300RS Cheaper and is 8:1 compared to the intel one.

    http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Computer-Motherboard-H61M-P32-W8/dp/B00BGTRNXQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1385735071&sr=8-1&keywords=H61M-P32%2FW8

    And this

Which is same compared to your corsair ram is 4 is about 200RS cheaper.

Sorry To say but I dont think so. That power supply is a local brand i guess and I suggest you not to trust them.
It may burn your components. I would strongly recommend a corsair cx 430 or at least a corsair vs 450
  4. But these PSU is very much expensive in India and my budget will also increase if i change my PSU also..But is this PSU ::http://www.flipkart.com/cooler-master-elite-power-350w-rs350-psari3-us-350-watts-psu/p/itmdku2qgydnbbxt?pid=PSUDKU2ZYYKBY7BP&ref=22e6e2b8-a244-4083-97b0-40e8d6961642 Enough
