I am new tot he community and learning as I go. I want to build a small desktop computer primarily used for programming, it will be used offline. I do not need internet I am just using this initially to learn coding. I would like to have it ready for internet use in the future but initially it will be offline while I learn. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to keep it under 800 dollar budget. I need everything inside and out.

Well i would just buy a generic net book and then just save your money for a custom. I mean generic is very good for learning because its light weight and low computational power. Ive seen some on ebay for $130 and that leaves you lots of money for a future custom build.
