AMD Display driver stopped working and has recovered

i get an error message "AMD DISPLAY DRIVER STOPPED WORKING AND HAS RECOVERED'. I tried to search on the internet to solve the problem. There were many solutions but i couldn't identify which one of it. My display drivers are up to date, done a memory test, edit registry.....etc. My OS is windows 7.Someone said that change aero theme into basic theme so everything will be normal.When i changed AERO theme into BASIC theme everything went normal but when i tried to play game it went to black screen and game stops. Movies are playing fine in BASIC THEME.

Plzzzz guyz... I need a genuine solution to solve this problem......

My GPU is asus radeon HD 5450 and my PSU is Zeberonics 450W.
