Hello, I need some help on understanding the integrated graphics and Nvidia high performance processor effects on gaming, as iv read most boards that are related to these topics and which one to choose but they have not helped me. I have fiddled for months trying to understand these two settings, as I understand, for e.g. if I play a game such as Dead Space 1, it runs well on the NVidia high performance processor with no lag nor problems. but if I run a game such as Mount and Blade Warband , it runs better performance on Integrated graphics.

Integrated graphics runs off your CPU e.g. (Intel HD 4000) on-board or integrated graphics will work for non graphic demanding games (i have even heard of battlefield 3 running on intel HD 4000) but a High end graphics card either ATI or Nvidia is a dedicated device meaning its sole purpose is graphics. if you are looking at graphic demanding games then get a high end card but if you want to play low graphic demanding games just use your on-board it will save u wasting cash on a High end card you wont use.
