I couldn't find the specs of your motherboard, but I'm assuming it uses a PCI Express 1.0 Slot. Most every graphics card uses either a PCI Express 1.0/2.0/3.0 and they all are compatible. (The only downside of using a 1.0 slot on a 2.0 or 3.0 slot is slightly lower performance, but it's not drastic.)

The Specs you need to worry about are Power Supply and Processing power. Considering your Processor, you could run a GTX 560 Ti without any problems. You could probably run an even more powerful processor, but you'll run into a bottleneck if the GPU is much more powerful.

For Power Supply purposes, you should have at least 500W for a system with a GTX 560 Ti. If you're not sure what your PSU is or you want help picking a new PSU, please let me know.

We gota know what PSU you have to, to figure out card can it can run. If you don't know what PSU you got, open the PC case and take a look at it.

But I'm guessing it's some local brand and you got what 4000-5000 Indian Rupees for the new card?
