This just started yesterday, and it's probably the most painful issue I've ever had. Opening any folder from anywhere (desktop, taskbar, Start Screen, etc.) takes about 10 minutes to open the window and about 7-9 minutes on average to show anything. During this period, it is completely unresponsive.
File Explorer takes up to 18 minutes to open?
