Solution
they are both dual slot cards. it means they cover 2 slots. the one where the pciex slot is and the one immediately bellow it.

i wasn't saying you should overclock it i was explaining what the oc on the name means. it means it's overclocked by default by the manufacturer. because they CAN and it's OK to do it.

i was saying if you dont want it overclocked it's trivial to revert it from the catalyst control center to the default clocks and voila you get the non "OC" version.

the 5bucks are well spent on a better piece of silicon (able to overclock if you want), 1extra gb memory and a better cooler.
at 1360*768 i guess you wouldn't see any difference between the oc and normal version. still the cooler on the msi card should behave better than the asus one. 500W is enough for either of them.

if you are worried about the "oc" you can even downclock it to the stock clocks. it's actually probably a better piece of silicon because the factory oc means they tested the card with the overclock on and are willing to warranty the increase in clock speed. the 5 extra usd are well spent on a better cooler and the factory oc and the extra gb of memory even if you might never see any improvement from it

there's only one scenario where i would consider the asus.. and that's if the motherboard on my pc would be an asus.

I am not planning to overclock this card on my 500 Watt PSU , I am buying it because i am getting it cheap (129.99 $ ) and its 2 gb and compare to its other version which are more expensive (2 gb version usually)
Can you check the website that i have mentioned ? It new-egg is reliable website for shopping ? It have given 4 starts out of 5 ( 160 review ) which sounds safe to me . Also its been called dual slot card , i didnt get it . My motherboard is dh67cl_ (http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/motherboards/desktop-motherboards/desktop-board-dh67cl.html)

Is motherboard supports this card ?
