I have a i7 2600 Sandy Bridge, 16gb of 1866 DDR3 RAM, an XFX R9-290 with an SSD and 600w PSU.

Real word scenario, is this going to prevent me from getting top performance from my build? I definitely do not have the cash to throw at something that won't produce noticable results, but I am just neurotic enough to buy a new one if it will help.
