Can i buy a pc without a pre-loaded system on it? Because i already have the disc and everything and i wanna buy the parts from pcpartpicker without the operating system because i have a legit windows 7 disc? And how will i do it if their is no preloaded system?

If you buy the parts via pcpartpicker links, they normally come without a preloaded OS. Just make sure you include an optical drive, and boot from the Windows 7 disc (if your copy of Win7 is retail you should be okay, but OEM can get into licensing issues). Prebuilt computers (from Dell, HP, etc.), are the ones that normally have a preloaded OS.
