Misc problems with win 8.1 - thinking of possible HDD corruption of some sorts

Hi guys.
I've been trying to set up all the softwares on my new PC, on which i initially installed a fresh win8.1 . So the HDD is new.

Something went wrong, i don't know what but i have a suspicion that it may have been caused by some uninstalls using Revo and deep registry scan / delete.
After those initial crashes, i decided to install a win7 cause i felt that it would be more familiar and stable. For that purpose, i uses a partition soft to create a second partition to move some data on it ( and keep the primary partition for windows ( which i would later format through the win7 setup ) .
That process seemed to freeze, during the batch operations. But after rebooting everything looked to be ok.

So i began reinstalling programs over the win7, which ended up in more crashes. One particular soft that i use for work would not start ( it would crash right from the first moment of opening it ) .

I finally decided to retry installing win ( the same that i used initially ) , but this one also causes some crashes so far ( daemon tools and adobe acrobat acrobat ) . I haven't even tried to install my work software .

I am beginning to think that somewhere along the line , the HDD got corruptes somehow . I performed both a soft diskcheck ( which sai there was a bitmap image problem of some sorts ), a dc/f , and a final soft check that didnt find anything wrong.

I'm kinda running out of patience as i'm being hold up from my work with all the nonsence problems.

What do you guys think ? Sorry for the long post, english is not my native lang but i tried to be as explicit as i cuold .

Thanks friend, seeing as only you gave me a ( quite useful ) reply, i choose your answer as the solution. After running some more tests and fiddleing with the partitions it seems thought that it's more of a software problem ?
