Should i leave intel speed step enabled or disabled in bios ?

I put it the way that my cpu always run at max speed , regardless of what im doing .

Its always running at oc'd clock speed (4.4 with 1.280v-core) (cpu i5 4670k).

Idle temp is about 40 and while playing BF4 , crysis 3 , etc , the max it goes is 76deg.

Cpu cooler is coolermaster v6gt.

Should i leave it enabled or disabled and should i upgrade my cooler to a liquid cooler ?

Hi,
intel speed step should be disable for overclocking,

The CPU temperature is a bit hot but normal for this cpu.

Okay. So should i upgrade to a ''Corsair H100i Hydro'' or a ''Corsair H110 280mm'' ?

Intel speed step should NOT be disabled. A true sign of overclocking is IF speed step still works correctly with the overclock. The system will step up the CPU to work at the higher speeds when you do almost anything. It also allows the CPU to clock down when it is just sitting idle, so less heat and burn out from being overclocked.

I see. So i should run it in the mode that when your simply light multi tasking the cpu will run at low speeds and when gaming or video editing it runs at full speed? Am i right ?

Normally when you are doing light work, say 2D working in word, the CPU can throttle down. It will throttle up when you do stuff like gaming automatically.

I would never disable speedstep unless you are going for a short term max overclock test. Day in and out with a stable OC, speedstep should be on. Pointlessly wasting electricity and $$ otherwise.

What about the cpu cooler ? i will get 30-34 degrees idle and max is 78 during bf4 on ultra settings. Should i upgrade to a liquid cooler or stay with my cm v6gt ?

Edit : turned it on and idle temp is 31 degrees.

Those temps are not bad at all. Your high temps are getting a bit higher then I like to see, IE 75C. If you don't do anything more than 78C you should be ok being you aren't running it there 24/7.
