well to start i have :
cpu: amd quad core 2.6ghz
8gb ram
GTX 650 sc 2gb
I want to play bf4 at 1080p on high but geting low fps... so i thought maybe its the massive screen = lots of pixels = low fps ?

I don't think your setup is capable of BF4 on high settings @ 1080p.

A 1920x1080p tv/monitor/screen has the same amount of pixels no matter how physically large it is.

Until recently, tvs have lagged behind really good monitors, but today's tvs are a lot better, and they're catching up. To answer your original question, I don't think playing on a large tv is not going to be harder on your video card.
