Should I upgrade to the FX-8350?

I am thinking about upgrading my Phenom II X4 965 BE to a FX-8350. What performance gains can I see in video games if I overclock the FX-8350 to 4.6Ghz - 4.8Ghz? My current CPU is overclocked to 4.1Ghz. Please do not suggest that I wait for the next generation of AMD chips or that I switch over to Intel. I just want to know performance gain for games at that clock speed, do not get off topic.

Solution
Below are games that are not CPU intensive. I will start with Battlefield 4 single player campaign.

You would see significant gains and it would be a worthwhile upgrade even at stock speeds. May I recommend the FX 8320 for $129 right now? It's a far better value than the 8350. (they are the same chip except for clock speed)

I'm in the same boat actually, with the same processor as you and thinking of the same upgrade. I think the latest leaked roadmap has forced a lot of people like us to look at the reality of the situation :(

However, I am perturbed by the apparently small performance increase between the 965 and the 8350 - maybe not in productivity, but in games, where it falls short of equivalent Intel chips. Is there anyone who has made this upgrade who can offer feedback?

Please elaborate on "significant gains". What percentage in performance can I see? How many more frames can i expect? Also, how big would be the performance gap between the FX-8320 and FX-8350 be if they were both at their "ideal" overclocked clock speeds.
