With my new laptop I have been going to the can I run it site to see what games I could run. Many games tell me I am below the minimum specifications but when I look at it it says that I have everything necessary, the problem is my video card but it says to have enough video ram and everything else needed, I will show you my results with the fallout 3 recommended specifications.

Intel HD graphics aren't that good since its integrated, also the game doesn't have much iGPU support either. I've tried to run this game with an iGPU (Intel HD 4600) and it wouldn't work.

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz
RAM: 12 GB
Video Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

It says that i cant run the game but if you go to the can i run it link I provided it shows that I have everything necessary to at least run the game, the only problem being that I have windows 8

Thank you very much, I was just slightly confused because under the video card section it said that my video ram, hardware T&L, pixel shader version, and my vertex shader version were all sufficient enough to run this game, would I be able to run this game on low? Also thank you very much for your answer
