HP Pavillion a1515 in, I removed my existing RAM of 512MB DDR2-PC4200 and replaced it with 2 X 1GB 667MHZ DDR2-PC5300. Both of them connected.
My BIOS still shows 1024 of installed memory in Memory Bank 1 only and shows Memory Bank 2 as Empty.
I tried both RAMs individually and in both slots. Individually they seem to work perfectly fine. But when I try to use both, only one works.
Please help. Googling my way away on this.
