Hello every one
I have complicated problem with my desktop pc
It was for 1.5 years that while I turn on it , immediately pc will be turn off.But it wasn't big problem until 6 month ago because after 20 attempting to turn it on,system was ready to use.
But it's for 6 month that "20 attempt" changed to "200 attempt"! And it was so awfully. But I was used to it.and when I turned it on after about 200 attempting I didn’t shut it down.
But A week ago my pc didn't turn on at all and After very search in internet and this site and question of someone, I knew that the problem is "power" and I bought Power
After installed new power, the computer was turned on but while loading windows xp it was turned off
I checked the Ram memory with memtest(in Ms-Dos) and it was ok and no error
I cheked Motherboard and Cpu with some other software and everything was ok
But when I tested with stress test,,cpu had error
After very experiment I found solution:
I changed the "cpu voltage" to "4.2" and "multiplier" to the "6" in the bios setting.

My cpu is 5000 amd now work (with multiplier 6 ) means: 1.2*2 ..and it's awfull.
If I use the higher multiplier the system will be turn of after some minutes
I should say that the multiplier was work with 8 week ago but now it cant work higher that 6
I don’t know what is the problem
Please help me
(sorry for bad writing)
Specification of cpu :

Motherboard: Asus m2n-e
Ram ; 2 gig bus 800 ddr2

Solution
Definitely sounds like a hardware issue. Do you have any kind of budget to fix it? If not see if there is a warranty on your motherboard and cpu, if not, you'll probably have to replace them.
