Best Intel gaming CPU for up to $350

With Black Friday today and cyber Monday coming up, I wanted to buy a new processor now. I can go up to 350 bucks if necessary. I want to run games like Arma 2/DayZ, Total War games, Smite, and Battlefield 4. I noticed the i7-4770k is on sale for $289 on Newegg, would this be a good for the money and for gaming? Is there something better?

Also, will I see better deal today or in Monday? And will these processors work well with crossfire HD 6950 2gb?

i7-4770k is about the best processor for gaming on the market, and getting one for less than $300 is an awesome deal.
Don't forget you'll likely need a new motherboard for it too.

And it won't have any problems with 6950 CF.

This. Also consider whether you want to overclock or not. No need to spend extra $ on something you won't use.
