Memok light on a sabortooth x79 help

Sabortooth x79 mobo
750 watt powder supply

I have a memok light that won't let the system post I just bought new 1600 MHz ram 16gb win 8 compatible 1.5v and I still have the same problem And I have ran the memok light at lest 8 times and the ram is in the recommended slots. Help plz

try to boot one stick at the time one of them could be defective .

does you memory is on the qvl list or been test by the maker with this board ,try some other memory stick in the motherboard and see the motherboard user manual for the mem light that stay on .
