"Graphics max dynamic frequency refers to the maximum opportunistic graphics render clock frequency (in MHz) that can be supported using Intel® HD Graphics with Dynamic Frequency feature"?

"refers to the maximum opportunistic graphics render clock frequency (in MHz)" does that means that if Graphics Base Frequency is 200 and Graphics Max Dynamic Frequency is 1.15 GHz it means that it will go up from 200MHz to 1.15GHz when playing games and return back to 200MHz when searching web (get game off)? That is what "Max Dynamic" name says, it's dynamic and go up and down depending on what I do, right? I've seached on google but haven't got clarified.

Solution
Yes.

In general, the based on what you have stated, whatever the specific Intel HD graphics core you are referring to lowest speed will be 200MHz while the highest speed will be 1.15GHz. The frequency depends on the graphics intensity of the program you are using.

If you are merely using the laptop to do work in something like Excel or Word, then there is nothing graphic intensive activity being performed so the Intel HD should basically be at 200MHz most of the time.

If you are attempting to play a game like Dungeon Siege 2 (which the Intel HD should be able to handle), then the graphics core should be hitting 1.15GHz most of the time.

For something like watching video the frequency of the Intel HD should be higher than 200MHz...

Thanks for clarifying :)
