What is the best gaming graphics card for my pc. Specs: 3.2GHs pentium dual core, 3gb ram, win7 32bit.

Solution
The R7 260X would be your best bet in most games but not in CPU heavy games like Battlefield 4, Crysis 3. I almost get a 90% CPU usage on my old rig's Phenom II X4 965 BE. But this card will definitely complement your old CPU. Even the old HD 7770 will be a very good and complementing GPU for your system. Welcome to PC gaming. PS4 and XBOX One can never give a PC gamer the joy that a PC can.

5770's and GTX 470's days are over. They are age old card and cant run modern games smoothly. As I said the HD 7770 is a very good option for you. The 7870 on the other hand will get bottlenecked by that dual core CPU of yours. The HD 7790 is also another option for you. With a little below the resolution of 1080P most games will run at ultra settings with 30+ frame rates except a handful of games like Crysis 3, battlefield 4 etc..
