In order from highest performance to lowest:
1) 7870
2) 7850
3) 650 Ti Boost

Out of the 3 I would go with the 7870, It's a very good all around GPU for it's price. If you are willing to spend a tad more go for it's rebrand in the R9 Series, the R9 270x as it will fully support Mantle where the 7870 will require a bios flash for full support.

To each their own!
The benchmarks are rather close, PassMark and 3dmark11 both have the 7850 about 5% above the 650 Ti, the difference is so minimal that I would just classify them the same anyways.
