my mother board fsb 800, can i use core 2 duo 2.8 ghz processor

I am having a motherboard model no fsb 800 and i have a processor 2.8 GHz core 2 duo. Is it compatible with each other ? What kind of RAM should be used ?

What is the actual motherboard model number? You mentioned one in your post, but you just listed the bus speed. Also, which Core 2 Duo are you wanting to use? The are a few models that run at 2.8 GHz.
