10% extra is the bare minimum I'd suggest. 25% extra is acceptable. However, by targeting near a 40 to 60% usage, you can maximize the PSU's efficiency. That would point to 700 to 900 watts. The effect isn't very significant but it'll allow for lots of futureproofing and aging. Be sure to get a high quality PSU though.
