FPS drops to 3 and Audio stutters.

When playing any type of game, intensive or not, my computer starts to give me 3 frames on BF4 and on DayZ or a simple platformer. Also the audio starts to stutter and repeat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Motherboard: AMD 970 A D3
GPU: Nvidia GTX 760
CPU: AMD FX-8350(4.2 Ghz)
PSU: ThermalTake Black Widow 850W

Alright some things you could do:
1. Run antivirus/antimalware scans
2. Use a program like HWMonitor and report your idle/gaming temps (screenshot would be good)
3. Reinstall graphics drivers

I just checked, and not all of the revisions of that motherboard support that CPU. Could you tell me which revision you have? Only 1.4 and 3.0 support the CPU.

You could try a BIOS update.

Let me do this and I will see if it works. Thanks!

I have done this and it seems that my CPU is getting less power when I am playing BF4 than being idle.
These are the three wattages off of HWMonitor.
39.02 20.70 45.60 Idle
27.80 19.50 48.40 Loaded
