Nvidia 660 SLI question, different manufacturers

Solution
Yes both cards will work together, if there are any clock speed differences then they will both run at the lower speed. Im not sure if the card will come with an SLI bridge cable, you may have to purchase one.

Solution
Like most other configurations, when any mixture is involved, the operation is limited to the lowest performfing specs. In other words, if the Gigabit and the PNY don't match, you'll be limited to the performance of the lower quality card.

To clarify, just because they are both 660 cards, it doesn't mean that they'll perform the same, but since the two PCI-E slots will be occupied, the application(s) will recognize the increased pool of resources.

If by "adapter" you mean the SLI Bridge, this part typically comes with an SLI ready motherboard.
