Hi, my friend has putten me some task to build a new PC for a budget price. It will be used for Internet, Skype and possibly from time to time for games in facebook from old people - maybe over 60's I don't now but they won't need something more.

Right now I'm considering on these parts:

2x2GB Kingston HyperX blu PC3-12000 42 euro
AMD A4-4000 APU 3.2GHz 65W 40 euro
A4-5300 APU 65W 45 euro
Gigabyte F2A85XM-D3H 80 euro
Gigabyte F2A85X-D3H 85 euro
Seagate 500GB 7200 55 euro
500GB TOSHIBA Desktop Disk Drive 7200rpm, 32MB cache, SATA III 50 euro
For a cheap good PSU I'll go with Seasonic 430W Bronze 50 euro

Thank you in advance

I think you can get a basic Antec PSU for a little less than the SeaSonic and you won't lose any reliability ( at least in this low draw of a machine. ) I might think about stepping up to the A8-6500 just so you can get a true quad core for future productivity power. And I'd stick with 1600 RAM since the price difference is nearly negligible ( I wouldn't bother paying the extra for 1866 stuff, though. )
